Boundaries
In Relationships, With Children, At Work, and More Learn to say "Yes" and when to say "No" and How Boundaries are critical to the health of ALL relationships!
How do you confront someone who violates your boundaries? How do you prevent your boundaries from being violated AGAIN?
This group will be held as soon as we have sufficient interest. It is typically held for 3 sessions of 1.5 hours each. If you are interested in attending the next group please call or email us.
If you are in the first 2 years after separation or divorce, this group can help you cope with the grief and issues associated with divorce. Special guidance will be given for parents who are helping their children deal with the changes and stress that divorce brings.
